ADR Alert Listserv
The ADR Alert listserv is used to send updates regarding ADR Services’ planned and unplanned interruptions in service. To self-subscribe to the ADR-ALERT Listserv, send an email message to: LISTSERV[at]list.coalliance.org, with SUBSCRIBE ADRALERT-L in the body of the message.
ADR Outage Reporting
To report an ADR Services Outage during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday), please call 303.759.3399 or email adr[at]coalliance.org.
To report an ADR Services Outage after-hours or on weekends, please use the Alliance Off-Hours Pager Service – 303.461.5099 (instructions below)
Alliance Off-Hours Pager Service Instructions
When calling this phone number you will be prompted to leave a voice mail message (preferred) or enter a numeric message (phone number). When leaving a voice mail message be sure to provide the following information:
- Your name, institution name and phone number
- Which system is having difficulties? (e.g. ADR, Prospector, Gold Rush, CSM Voyager)
- Description of the problem in as much detail as necessary
To report problems outside the coverage hours below, please call the pager and leave a voice mail message. This will be checked in the next closest off-hours or regular hours support time. If no return call is received within 30 minutes during the above off-hours support, please call the pager again in case there were problems in receiving the signal on the pager.

Monday-Friday: 5:00pm-11:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-7:00pm
Sunday: Noon-11:00pm
Holidays: 9:00am-6pm
